Bringing joy to the seasons
Cadbury approached us for help in bringing some chocolatey theatre to stores for both the Christmas and Easter seasons. From store entrance to shelf, we found every which way to ‘share the joy’ of Cadbury. With inflatables, competitions, giveaways, shelf wobblers, a clucking, egg-laying chicken and even a bunny on a motorised bike… we created an enormous suite of ideas both digital and physical to encourage sales and engagement.
A festive treat
Our first campaign was designed to bring together multiple brands suitable for gifting in the festive season. We responded with ‘The Joy of Giving’, a bold visual designed to incorporate multiple brands and flex for use with many retailers.
A sweet result for Easter
Following the success of our Christmas campaign, we set to work on Easter with the difficult task of bringing the above-the-line TV ad to life in stores. For our key image we incorporated a sense of cheekiness and mystery, with the Easter Bunny teasing a glimpse from behind a classic Cadbury egg. Off the back of a very successful debut in 2014 the same campaign imagery continued to be used in stores for Easter in 2015. Sweet indeed.
