A colourful new approach to loyalty
In 2010 Whippet helped Coles relaunch flybuys with a bang. Dawn French came to Australia to celebrate and a new flybuys card was sent to every household in the country. Having continued to help develop the brand in the interim years we were delighted in 2014 to be given the opportunity to completely refresh the brand with both a new visual identity and a relaunch campaign.
We called on real flybuys members for help
With a colourful, fresh new design in place we refocused the brand to help members understand what they could do with their hard earned points. Our testimonial based campaign, appearing online and in stores, has been a wake up call to the potential value of long held flybuys points and a reminder that the brand has plenty to offer in this fast moving world.
A clear brand with a clear direction
Whippet are delighted to be the ongoing lead creative agency for flybuys, responsible for all brand activity, campaigns and brand design across print, direct mail, digital and in-store. We think loyalty is important and over 4 million active flybuys members seem to agree.
