Bringing loyalty to the fashion capital
Chadstone approached us to create a brand for its exclusive loyalty program that would add value way beyond the average shopping experience. Our pedigree in retail fashion, combined with a client who worked collaboratively through the process helped create a program that retained the same essence of luxury and style synonymous with the fashion capital.
From touch screen directories and elevator doors to digital billboards and large scale installation – we utilised all areas of Chadstone’s media to deliver a consistent message throughout the entire span of the centre.
Something about the most important list being their email list, that we redesigned their emails and introduced cards so members could be recognised for events and discounts.
