A bold new look for a real estate giant
For over 40 years, First National has been a trusted face in real estate across Australasia.
But after a decade of little to no change, the brand had started to fall behind the ambition of its people.
In-depth interviews with 210-plus members across the network confirmed the desire for an evolution and formed the basis of a strategic brand blueprint to guide all future design and creative work.
Identifying the need to unite members under a stronger, more cohesive identity, we created a bold new visual language designed to build consistency across the network and become a commanding presence throughout all touchpoints in the crowded competitor landscape.
The centrepiece of the new look is a subtle roof form embedded in the logo, a clever visual nod to property, home and the communities at the core of First National.
From the rooftop shape to the broader design system, every element of this rebrand was inspired by the places people call home.

“This is a stronger, more cohesive identity that gives our network of offices something to rally behind, and a refreshed brand that our customers will recognise and trust.”
