The feeling of home goes national

For over 40 years, Australian bedding and homewares retailer Pillow Talk has been an iconic presence in Queensland. As the brand continues to expand their national footprint, it needed a campaign with the reach to build awareness in New South Wales and Victoria, and the legs to outlast any single season or sale.

 

Our challenge was to elevate Pillow Talk above promotion-led storytelling and craft a campaign that could flex across seasons, channels, and messages.

 

A simple human insight - that home isn’t just a place, it’s a feeling – was at the heart of the new campaign platform, “Feel right at home”, which plays into the idea that Pillow Talk transforms the place you live, into a home you love.

 

From there, we developed a visual language rooted in the textures, light and intimacy of home, and wrote a specially commissioned song “Home”, giving the brand a unique voice you can feel as much as hear.

‘Feel Right at Home' isn't just a campaign line, it's the lens through which we want our customers to experience everything Pillow Talk offers. This is the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our brand and we’re incredibly proud of the work we’ve created with the Whippet team.
