Specsavers: Project Makeover
Specsavers’ memorable brand personality makes it a standout in their category, but it was not coming through in-store at all. We were tasked with developing an on-brand solution to their full suite of Point of Sale, one that injected some of their cheeky tone of voice while also building their style, quality and expertise credentials.
We needed a strategy that would let Specsavers deliver the right message to the customer at the right time, depending on which potential ‘mission’ brought them to the store.
